Every person has different talents and abilities – that’s why we offer an individual career entry trainee programme for university graduates. The programme has a duration of 12 months. During this time, you will build your skills according to a development plan tailored specifically for you. At the beginning, you will get to know the bank and your future department. You will then intensify your banking knowledge in related units as well as in the business segment in which you will later assume your own responsibilities. The possibility of a foreign assignment in one of our branches or representative offices in Strasbourg or Paris is also an integral part of the programme. Various networking events complement the programme to promote your exchange and thus let you learn from the best.
During the whole time, you will be supervised by your mentor in the department, the human resources development team as well as the respective units. In line with your development plan and your knowledge and experience, you will take part in a range of complementary technical and methodological seminars. Be aware that you will receive frequent feedback from your manager as part of your work and that we also expect constructive suggestions from you.
