Our 2024\/2026 Talent Class<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For several years now, we have been giving our up-and-coming talents the opportunity to take part in an internal development program as part of the Talent Class, helping them prepare for key positions within our bank.<\/p>\n

In a sense, we act as \u201ccareer path supporters\u201d, helping our employees find and pursue the career path they aspire to. In the middle of this year, the 2024\/2026 Talent Program came to an end. Across a total of nine seminars, the participants developed valuable skills in the areas of verbal and non-verbal communication, leadership and management, and decision-making. The mentoring program, as well as the informal fireside evenings with members of our Executive Board, further strengthened the internal network.<\/p>\n

Working on various projects allowed everyone involved to put the concepts of \u201cproject management\u201d, \u201cagile working\u201d and \u201cteamwork\u201d into practice \u2013 turning theory into reality.<\/p>\n

We are delighted to welcome every new employee who joins our bank and thereby becomes part of our team. Because we believe that a good start and a strong network are particularly important, we established the \u201cWelcome Day\u201d. The personal development of our employees is particularly important to us. That is why we are constantly looking for ways to integrate personal development into everyday working life. WOL combines networking with collaborative personal development, creating a framework in which employees can grow and develop within the bank. Commitment and engagement are important not only in a professional context. That is why we supported various social initiatives, including \u201cK\u00e4ltebus Saarbr\u00fccken e.V.\u201d and \u201cIngos kleine K\u00e4ltehilfe \u2013 Hand in Hand e.V.\u201d Through collection and fundraising campaigns, as well as by actively getting involved, we were able to live up to our social responsibility and make a contribution to our community.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to the highly interesting training sessions and workshops, the exciting projects and the social engagement, it is particularly the fireside evenings with members of the Executive Board that I will remember. The open exchange on an equal footing and the perspectives of key decision-makers were particularly influential. Over the months and years, a great sense of solidarity developed among us participants, extending beyond our professional roles. To this day, this remains one of the most valuable experiences I take away from the program.\u201d\r\n

The opportunities to gain experience in other departments also enabled me to deepen my existing professional knowledge and gain new insights into different areas of responsibility. In addition, the regular exchange with an experienced manager as part of the mentoring program provided me with valuable impulses for my personal development.
