Shortly after the doors of the \u201cPalais de la Bourse\u201d in Lyon were opened yesterday evening, the room quickly filled up for the grand opening of our new location.<\/p>\n\n

Right at 6:30 p.m., our Chairman of the Board of Management, Dr. Thomas Bretzger<\/strong>, welcomed all the invited guests and media representatives in a brief address and then handed over the floor to Wolfgang F\u00f6rster<\/strong> (State Secretary for Finance and Science of Saarland) and Sophie Blach\u00e8re <\/strong>(member of the Regional Council of Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes). Both representatives of their respective countries emphasised the importance of the new location in Lyon, the capital of the middle class in France, especially for German-French economic relations. \n \n\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Immediately afterwards, our member of the Board of Management, Frank Eloy<\/strong>, presented SaarLB and our new focus with \u201cLa Banque Franco-Allemande\u201d to those present, highlighting our Franco-German orientation, business model and the advantages of the new location in Lyon. \n \nThe program was rounded out by an exciting keynote speech from Nicolas Bouzou<\/strong>, who used many practical examples to illustrate Franco-German challenges in business and finance.<\/p>\n\n

Finally, Dr. Jochen Legleitner<\/strong>, CEO of \u201cLa Banque Franco-Allemande\u201d stressed the importance of the new location in the French capital of the middle class, in part because of our bank\u2019s Franco-German orientation.<\/p>\n\n
