The \u201cAvenue Kl\u00e9ber\u201d property is part of the hausInvest Commerz Real special fund. It is a high-quality office building in a prime location in the western part of the Paris CBD. Built around 1930 in the Haussmann architectural style, the property was completely renovated in 2017 and is now in excellent overall condition.<\/p>\n\n<p>With approximately 11,500m\u00b2 of lease space, the \u201cEspace Kl\u00e9ber\u201d office complex consists of three buildings: an eight-storey building facing \u201cAvenue Kl\u00e9ber\u201d, a second seven-storey building at the rear and a third six-storey building facing \u201cRue La P\u00e9rouse\u201d. All buildings have five common underground levels for archives, technical rooms, equipment and a total of 154 parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cAs a Franco-German bank, we are particularly pleased to have arranged the financing for the Paris property \u2018Avenue Kl\u00e9ber\u2019 for our long-standing client CommerzReal.
