For the second consecutive year, <em>Leading Employers<\/em> has honored us as one of the country\u2019s top employers, placing us among the <strong>top 1% of our industry nationwide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The award ceremony took place as part of the <strong>Leading Employers Festival in Frankfurt<\/strong>, an inspiring event featuring insightful keynote speeches, expert talks, and valuable impulses on modern work, corporate culture, and the future of the workplace.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What does the \u201cLeading Employer\u201d award stand for?&#13;\n<\/strong><br\/>Leading Employers is one of the <strong>most comprehensive and independent employer evaluations in Europe<\/strong>. The recognition is based on a <strong>scientifically grounded, data-driven meta-analysis<\/strong> that combines numerous objective data sources. Key evaluation criteria include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>employer attractiveness and reputation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>employee satisfaction and corporate culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>working conditions and HR processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sustainability, values, and future readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>A particularly demanding aspect: companies are only re-awarded the title if they can demonstrate an <strong>improvement of at least 5% compared to the previous year<\/strong>.
