The building is supplied with renewable district heating \u2013 thus combining historic architecture with sustainable energy efficiency. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financing structure<\/strong>: Long-term, subsidy-optimised financing with an agreed repayment schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Significance of the project for the BLB Group and for SaarLB \u2013 <strong>Udo Buskamp, Managing Director of BLB Immobilien GmbH<\/strong>:<br\/><em>\u201cWith the \u2018Hansa-Haus-Hannover\u2019 project, we have found a solution to the current challenge of converting outdated bank buildings in a central city-centre location: \u2018beds instead of offices\u2019.
