SaarLB once again took part in EXPO REAL in Munich this year. Held from 5 to 7 October, Germany\u2019s largest real estate trade fair provided an important platform for engaging with clients, property developers, investors and other industry partners.<\/p>\n\n

For the first time, SaarLB exhibited at the Germany\u2019s Saarland joint stand, alongside other partners from the Saarland, showcasing the region\u2019s economic strengths and potential as a real estate location.<\/p>\n\n

In addition to our colleagues from Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Credit and Syndication, Frank Eloy, Member of the Management Board, and Iljana Raute, General Authorized Signatory, were also present at the event.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibition was marked by numerous face-to-face discussions on current real estate market developments, new projects, and the opportunities and challenges facing the industry. For SaarLB, EXPO REAL is an important opportunity to strengthen existing business relationships, establish new contacts and exchange views on current market trends.<\/p>\n\n

As a Franco-German bank, SaarLB is a key financing partner for real estate projects in Germany, France and Luxembourg. Drawing on its many years of experience in real estate finance, the bank supports clients and project partners in bringing complex and ambitious projects to fruition.<\/p>\n\n

Following three eventful days, SaarLB looks back on a successful exhibition and would like to thank all clients, partners and visitors for the many valuable conversations and the opportunity to connect in person in Munich.<\/p>\n\n
