The total financing volume amounts to 84.8 million euros.<\/p>\n\n<p>A modern logistics warehouse with around 61,000 square metres of lettable space is to be built on a site of approximately 107,000 square metres near Koblenz. The property has already been let on a long-term basis for 20 years to a major textile service provider. Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2026, with completion expected in spring 2028.<\/p>\n\n<p>The aim is for the building to achieve DGNB Gold certification.
