Our kick-off event at the beginning of each year is a special highlight for our employees in our calendar of events.
Last Thursday we had reached that point again, and, right on time for Dr Thomas Bretzger’s opening words, the room in the west wing of the Congress Hall was filled to capacity.
As part of the event, our board members briefly reviewed the past financial year and looked ahead to the current year.
The programme was rounded off by a speech from the President of the Sparkassenverband (Saarland Savings Banks Association), Cornelia Hoffmann-Bethscheider, a short interview with our new board member, Maik Mittelberg, and an exciting keynote speech.
After the official part, the board members opened the buffet and employees took advantage of the opportunity to exchange professional and personal information and to meet new colleagues, all in a good atmosphere and with great music.
