Our
talent management

Every two years, our employees have the opportunity to apply for our talent management programme. The aim of the programme is to qualify participants for a key position over the course of two years. The development programme includes work shadowing in at least one area of the bank, planning and implementing your own project, a series of seminars to promote social, methodological and individual skills, measures to promote professional skills and participation in an in-house mentoring programme.

Our
mentoring program

Another building block for reaching the next level of expertise and leadership is our mentoring programme. Here, our experienced managers support junior managers or high-potential employees. The programme focuses on topics such as appreciation and development, specialist and management tasks, and establishing and expanding various networks. Our mentors work with their mentees to develop a two-year support programme designed to help them achieve their goals.

Our constantly connected world is changing customer needs. They expect digital, transparent and fast processes. By using our digital credit platform ‘vis-à-vis’ in conjunction with video identification and electronic signatures, we are meeting customer requirements.
