We were able to secure EUR 100.0 million in financing for the Paris property “Avenue Kléber”, in which Deutsche Hypo – NordLB Real Estate Finance participated as a syndicate partner withEUR 40.0 million. The “Avenue Kléber” property is part of the hausInvest Commerz Real special fund. It is a high-quality office building in a prime location in the western part of the Paris CBD. Built around 1930 in the Haussmann architectural style, the property was completely renovated in 2017 and is now in excellent overall condition.
With approximately 11,500m² of lease space, the “Espace Kléber” office complex consists of three buildings: an eight-storey building facing “Avenue Kléber”, a second seven-storey building at the rear and a third six-storey building facing “Rue La Pérouse”. All buildings have five common underground levels for archives, technical rooms, equipment and a total of 154 parking spaces.
