Online card payments in accordance with the highest security standards: this means you can continue to shop online quickly, easily and securely with your SaarLB credit card or SaarLB BusinessCard in future.
After registering once, you will benefit from this particularly secure procedure and will be able to make quick and easy online payments in future.
For all payments made with your credit card in European online shops, 3-D Secure authentication is mandatory. With this authentication, card-issuing companies comply with the highest security requirements for online card payments in accordance with EU directives.
For existing and new card customers, it is now possible for the first time to authorise online card payments easily and conveniently via the S-pushTAN app.
Activate your SaarLB credit card or SaarLB BusinessCard for 3-D Secure.
Download the S-pushTAN app from the App Store or Google Play.
If you currently use chipTAN for your online banking, no problem. With the S-pushTAN app, you can confirm online payments with your SaarLB credit card or SaarLB BusinessCard without changing your online banking security procedure. You can find the link here.
Once activation is complete, you will receive a letter containing a QR code. Scan this code using the S-pushTAN app to securely authenticate the app. If you do not use online banking, you will also receive a second letter sent separately for security reasons. This letter contains an activation password that is required by the system. Your card will then be linked to the app automatically.
Now you can easily and securely approve your online card payments using the app on your smartphone or tablet.
If you do not have a smartphone or tablet, or do not wish to use one, you can alternatively register for the FIDO procedure. This is not tied to a specific computer, but can be used on any computer with a USB port.
