Have you lost your SaarLB BankCard (debit card) or credit card or has it been stolen? Or has your PC been infected by viruses or do you suspect a phishing attack?

The blocking emergency number is available 24 hours a day and is free of charge within Germany. There you can have your lost or stolen cards blocked with a single call.
To block your BankCard (debit card), simply provide the bank and your name.

If a credit card is blocked, the name of the bank, the type of card and the card number or the name printed on it are sufficient.
To block your online banking access, simply enter your name, bank code and account number.
