LBS - Landesbausparkasse Saar
LBS Saar, a subsidiary of SaarLB, is the only building society based in Saarland and has been helping people in Saarland to buy their own homes for more than 75 years.
However, LBS Saar is not only active in the Saarland, but also in France.
As the building society of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe Saar, it works closely with its subsidiaries, LBS-Immobilien GmbH and LBS Vertriebs GmbH, as well as with its Saarland network partners: the Sparkassen, SaarLB and SAARLAND Versicherungen.
With around 88,000 contracts in its portfolio and a total building society savings volume of around 5.2 billion euros as at 31 December 2025, it is the market leader in the Saarland.
