Our application process in 4 steps

You can well imagine yourself becoming part of our great team, but are wondering, ‘How do I apply?’ Our application process in four clear steps shows you what is important and what happens after you apply to SaarLB.

Whether you have found a suitable, specific job advertisement or would like to send us a speculative application, our application portal makes the process as straightforward as possible. Simply fill out our application form and upload your application documents, such as your cover letter, references, CV and application photo. Alternatively, you can automatically link your Xing profile and the information contained therein to your application.

Review of your documents

Once you have sent us your complete application, you will receive confirmation of receipt. Your documents will then be reviewed and evaluated by the relevant department. Together with our Human Resources department, they will decide on how to proceed.

Getting to know each other

If you have impressed the right people at our company, we will invite you to a personal interview. You will be welcomed by the department responsible for the job advertisement and the person responsible from the Human Resources department. The focus of this interview will be on personal and professional exchange in order to deepen the good first impression.

Offer

If we are both enthusiastic about each other, we will get back to you quickly after the introductory meeting with a contract offer.
