What does the “Leading Employer” award stand for?
Leading Employers is one of the most comprehensive and independent employer evaluations in Europe. The recognition is based on a scientifically grounded, data-driven meta-analysis that combines numerous objective data sources. Key evaluation criteria include:

- working conditions and HR processes
- sustainability, values, and future readiness
A particularly demanding aspect: companies are only re-awarded the title if they can demonstrate an improvement of at least 5% compared to the previous year. Achieving this milestone highlights our continuous commitment to developing ourselves as an employer.
