Frank Eloy awarded the Élysée Treaty Medal

25 years of dedication, a clear vision that transcends borders and a lasting contribution to Franco-German economic relations: last Friday, at a corporate client event, our CEO Frank Eloy was awarded the Élysée Treaty Medal by the French Consul-General, Jérôme Spinoza.

This honour recognises his long-standing commitment to cooperation between Germany and France — and to the belief that economic success arises where trust, partnership and a deep understanding of markets come together.

Frank Eloy has been a member of our Executive Board for 25 years and, during this time, has played a key role in establishing and successfully developing our bank’s business in France. His dedication has helped to position SaarLB as a reliable partner in the Franco-German economic area.

For us in particular, as a bank with strong roots in the Greater Region and, at the same time, a cross-border perspective, this award is also a wonderful testament to the importance of European cooperation in practice.
