The 2024/2026 Talent Class Says Goodbye

For several years now, we have been giving our up-and-coming talents the opportunity to take part in an internal development program as part of the Talent Class, helping them prepare for key positions within our bank.

In a sense, we act as “career path supporters”, helping our employees find and pursue the career path they aspire to. In the middle of this year, the 2024/2026 Talent Program came to an end. Across a total of nine seminars, the participants developed valuable skills in the areas of verbal and non-verbal communication, leadership and management, and decision-making. The mentoring program, as well as the informal fireside evenings with members of our Executive Board, further strengthened the internal network. Working on various projects allowed everyone involved to put the concepts of “project management”, “agile working” and “teamwork” into practice – turning theory into reality.
