For the fourth time, we had the pleasure of hosting our cross-border syndication event “Bienvenüe sportive 2026”. Over 60 banking partners from Germany, France and Luxembourg accepted our invitation – a strong indication of the high value placed on personal interaction in our business.
Following a welcome address by our Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Gunar Feth, Matthias Barthauer from Jones Lang LaSalle opened the programme with a presentation on developments in the property markets in Germany.
This was followed by the sporting part of the day: a special table tennis team tournament in the French town of Spicheren provided the ideal setting for team spirit, sporting ambition and, above all, intensive networking and cross-border exchange.
The event concluded on a high note with an evening together on the restaurant ship “Frohsina” on the River Saar – featuring an awards ceremony, good conversation and glorious sunny weather.
The positive feedback from our guests confirms once again that: personal encounters remain a key success factor in the syndication business, even in times of increasing digitalisation.
We are already looking forward to the “Bienvenüe sportive 2027”.
